Tim Parrington joined the corporate department as an associate in 2019 and is a member of the asset management group. His practice focuses on advising private funds and institutional investors with respect to various transactions, including primary, secondary and co-investments.
Additionally, Tim has also represented private fund sponsors and management companies in connection with fundraising, structuring, governance, operations, compliance and regulatory-related matters.
During law school, Tim served as co-president of OUTLaw, Washington University School of Law’s LGBTQ+ student organization. He also interned for the Honorable Audrey G. Fleissig in the Eastern District of Missouri Federal Court. Prior to attending law school, Tim was a science teacher at an international school in Vietnam.
