Amy Ross

Amy Ross is the chief of attorney talent at Ropes & Gray.  In this global role, she oversees all aspects of attorney recruitment, development, training, retention, advancement, and key transitions including mobility and immigration.  In addition, Amy oversees our diversity and inclusion efforts in conjunction with our Director of Diversity and our Diversity Committee to ensure that diversity and inclusion are core values in all of the firm’s initiatives by providing equal and equitable opportunities to all of our attorneys. 

Amy is a member of the firm’s senior support leadership team. Before joining Ropes & Gray, Amy was a corporate associate at another international law firm, as well as a director at a non-profit organization. She is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and Northeastern University School of Law.
