Jason Roskom joined Ropes & Gray’s litigation and enforcement group in 2021. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including commercial, securities, and other trial- and appellate-level disputes. Jason works with clients in variety of industries, including public and private companies, as well as high-end technology providers. He maintains an active pro bono practice that includes authoring amicus briefs focused on criminal and social justice issues. Jason also represents asylum seekers in removal proceedings.

During law school, Jason interned for the Honorable Juan R. Torruella of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the Honorable Timothy S. Hillman of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the Solicitor’s Office of the U.S. Department of Labor. He was recognized for significant academic achievement in the study of international business transactions, civil procedure, and contracts. Prior to law school, Jason was a legislative intern for former U.S. Senator Russell D. Feingold. He also worked at both large and boutique law firms on the East Coast and in the Midwest.
