Joseph Rafferty is antitrust counsel in the New York office of Ropes & Gray LLP.
Joseph counsels clients in all aspects of the global premerger notification and regulatory review process, including obligations under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act and foreign premerger notification regimes. He has experience in government investigations by the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice. His practice also includes advising clients on permissible pre-closing conduct, including information exchange and integration planning.
Joseph has experience in a wide range of industries, including private equity, infrastructure, telecommunications, oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, consumer products, and gaming.
