Katherine (Katie) Rogers joined Ropes & Gray in 2021 as an associate in the firm’s employment, executive compensation and employee benefits group. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, she was an associate in the executive compensation and employee benefits group of another leading global law firm. Katie advises private and public company clients on executive compensation and employee benefits aspects of corporate acquisitions, mergers, and dispositions. In addition, Katie has experience counseling clients with respect to designing and drafting equity and incentive compensation arrangements, employment agreements and other executive compensation related agreements and arrangements.
