Lindsey Rogers-Seitz

Counsel

Lindsey is counsel in the firm’s private equity transactions group in the Boston office. She represents private equity sponsors and corporate clients in a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments and dispositions, and has counseled clients on general corporate matters and corporate governance. Lindsey has advised clients on large acquisitions across many industries, including health care, information technology, software, and industrials.

Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Lindsey practiced for several years at a global law firm specializing in health care transactions, including those involving health systems, pharmaceutical companies, DME providers, telehealth companies, laboratories and innovative start-ups, and worked at University of Colorado Health and Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. She has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of health care regulatory issues, including the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and HIPAA privacy and security rules.

  • Represented multiple private equity firms in acquisitions, sales and exits and ongoing portfolio counseling, with particular expertise in health care transactions.*

  • Represented leading national DME provider in its acquisitions of other national and regional DME providers.*

  • Advised health care providers across the country in acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic and commercial business transactions.*
