Richard Rowley joined Ropes & Gray in 2019 and is an associate in the tax, employment and benefits department. He received a J.D. from University at Buffalo School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2013, and a LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Richard worked at a financial counseling and investment management company.
