Alvin Reynolds joined Ropes & Gray in 2015 as a corporate associate practicing primarily in the firm’s investment management, intellectual property transactions and sports groups. Alvin focuses on representing registered investment companies and investment advisers with respect to regulatory and compliance matters. Alvin also has substantial experience counseling investment advisers, registered investment companies, private equity firms and financial services institutions in connection with transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and the creation and registration of retail and institutional investment products.
As a member of the sports law group, Alvin focuses primarily on transactional matters, representing private equity firms and strategic investors in connection with investments in sports-related entities.
Prior to joining the firm, Alvin worked at Bank of America in its Home Loans & Insurance and Global Compliance divisions.
