Blake Rigdon

Associate

Blake joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2022 and practices in the alternative asset opportunity group. Blake advises private funds and institutional investors on various transactions, including secondaries, co-investments, and recapitalizations. In addition, Blake advises clients on OTC derivatives documentation and compliance, including ISDAs, GMRAs, MSFTAs, prime brokerage arrangements and clearing arrangements.

During law school, Blake was a member of the National Tax Law Moot Court Team and the Jessup International Law Team. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Blake worked in the legal department of an investment bank, focusing on OTC derivatives and structured products.
