Claire S. Rosa
Claire Rosa is counsel in our tax & benefits department in Boston. Claire advises both public and private companies on executive compensation matters, including equity-based and other incentives, deferred compensation, executive employment contracts, severance plans and other compensatory and benefits arrangements.
Claire works with public company clients on compliance with securities and tax laws and reporting requirements specific to executives and employers, and on related corporate governance matters. In her practice, she also advises on compensation and benefits matters arising in the context of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and other capital market transactions.
