Claire S. Rosa
Claire Rosa joined Ropes & Gray in 2011 and is an associate in the firm’s executive compensation & employee benefits practice group. Claire represents both private and public companies in connection with structuring management equity, deferred compensation and other compensatory arrangements, negotiating employment and separation agreements, and resolving executive compensation and employee benefits issues arising in mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Claire also regularly represents clients with respect to their qualified retirement plans, advising on ongoing administration, compliance and correction matters.
