Danae is an associate in Ropes & Gray's private capital transactions group. Danae’s work focuses on assisting private equity funds with mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
During law school, Danae participated in the Thurgood Marshall Moot Court Competition, lead the Black Law Student Association as chair, and was a fellow of the Program on Human Rights and the Global Economy, in which she focused on criminal justice by interning in the Post-Conviction Unit of the Los Angeles Public Defender’s Office.
