Rebecca Roy joined Ropes & Gray’s private capital transactions group in 2022.
During law school, Rebecca was a research assistant for the Global Financial Markets Center at Duke University School of Law. During her time at the center, she assisted in researching for and editing “The Cost of Climate Disclosure: Three Case Studies on the Cost of Voluntary Climate-related Disclosure,” a report which was cited and discussed in the SEC’s 2022 proposal on climate-related disclosures. Rebecca also served as the managing editor of The FinReg Blog.
