Scott Rolnik joined Ropes & Gray in 2015 as an associate practicing in the finance group of the firm’s corporate department. Scott focuses his practice on complex leveraged finance and capital markets transactions. He regularly represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, corporate borrowers and debt funds in a range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings, refinancings, direct lending and distressed investment opportunities involving syndicated credit facilities and high yield bonds.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Scott worked as an associate in the banking group of a large international law firm, where he primarily represented banks in connection with syndicated leveraged financings and high yield transactions, as well as related restructuring matters. Prior to attending law school, Scott was a corporate finance analyst at a global financial institution.
