Shlomo Rubinfeld joined Ropes & Gray’s New York office real estate investments & transactions practice group in 2022. Shlomo has experience assisting in the purchasing and refinancing of multi-family housing complexes and skilled nursing facilities. He also regularly participates in the firm’s pro bono practice.

While at Columbia Law School, Shlomo worked as an in-house law clerk for a large New Jersey based real estate company and participated in a summer judicial internship for the Honorable Peter G. Sheridan of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He also served as an editor for the Columbia European Law Journal and was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.

  • Represented a major private investment firm in entering into a USD100 million credit facility to finance the acquisition of stabilized single-family homes and residences. 
  • Represented Varsity Healthcare Partners in connection with the strategic growth investment in VetEvolve, a leading veterinary care platform.
