Alyson is a senior attorney in the finance group. She primarily represents borrowers in a broad spectrum of financing transactions, advising clients on term loans, cash-flow and asset-based revolvers, first and second lien financings, mezzanine financings, bridge loans and public and private notes offerings.

Experience

  • Represented Michaels Stores since 2006, including in connection with a $1.0 billion asset-based revolving credit facility, the refinancing of its $2.27 billion term loan facility and the private placement of $510 million of notes
  • Represented West Corporation since 2006, including in connection with the refinancing of its $2.4 billion credit facility
  • Represented Carter’s, Inc. in connection with an offering of $400 million of notes
  • Represented The TJX Companies, Inc. in connection with a $1.0 billion public offering of notes
  • Represented Keurig Green Mountain in connection with the refinancing of its $1.8 billion credit facility
