Andrea Spector is an associate in the corporate department and a member of the firm's asset management group. Andrea focuses on representing regulated investment companies, their independent directors and investment advisers with respect to regulatory, transactional and compliance matters. She has counseled clients concerning the creation, registration, reorganization and operation of retail and institutional investment products. Andrea has substantial experience facilitating regulatory filings, drafting fund disclosure and handling board governance matters.
Andrea holds a JD from Harvard Law School and an AB in Economics from Harvard College, where she also minored in Statistics.
