Christa Sanchez joined Ropes & Gray in 2018 as an associate in the tax and benefits group. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, she was an associate in the employee benefits and executive compensation group of an international law firm. Christa’s practice focuses on advising clients on executive compensation, equity-based and other incentives, deferred compensation, severance plans, and other compensatory arrangements and the associated tax and securities laws implications. Christa also advises clients on corporate governance matters, including securities filings.
