Connie is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s Boston office. She practices primarily in the firm’s corporate department, representing private equity firms and strategic investors in the structuring and negotiation of leveraged buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and minority investments across various industries. She also advises private equity clients and their portfolio companies on general corporate governance matters.
During law school, Connie worked as a student attorney at the Boston College Community Enterprise Clinic. Prior to law school, Connie was a corporate paralegal in Ropes & Gray’s Boston office.
