Darien Saft joined the Ropes & Gray benefit consulting group in 2017. Darien has over ten years of experience in the employee benefit industry, spending her first eight years in the health benefits practice at Hewitt Associates and then Aon. She has consulted clients on financial management, request for proposals, plan design strategy, and compliance related to their health and welfare plans. At Ropes & Gray, Darien assists both fully-insured and self-insured clients in managing their health plan costs, including negotiating renewals, projecting plan costs and setting employee contributions.
Darien earned a BA in mathematics and economics from Boston College and is an associate of the Society of Actuaries.
