Denise S. Sohn

Counsel

Denise Sohn is counsel in the tax practice. Denise’s practice focuses on tax matters. She regularly advises private investment fund managers and investors on the formation and operation of private equity and hedge funds, including tax and compliance issues raised by cross-border fund formation and investments. Denise also advises fund sponsors and public and private companies on the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and initial public offerings and debt issuances, and regularly represents institutional investors (sovereign wealth funds, funds-of-funds, and university endowments) in connection with private equity, hedge fund, and venture capital investments and co-investments.
