Jeanette L. Schroeder
Jeanette Schroeder joined Ropes & Gray in 2017 as an associate in the litigation department and the labor & employment department. Jeanette’s practice is focused on advising on complex mergers and acquisitions for private equity firms as an employment, litigation, and compliance specialist, as well as conducting compliance risk assessments and internal investigations for international companies. Jeanette frequently utilizes her Spanish-language capabilities to conduct due diligence on target companies in Latin America and manage bi-lingual document reviews for internal investigations.
Prior to joining the firm, Jeanette worked as a paralegal in the family law department of the Legal Aid Society of Orange County and completed a two-year service overseas in Ecuador as a Peace Corps volunteer. During law school, Jeanette served as note development editor of the Boston University Law Review. She also worked as a judicial extern for Judge Denise Casper at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
