Jeffrey B. Storer, a litigation partner from 1986 until his retirement in 2008, represented clients principally in disputes involving commercial transactions, corporate finance and governance, real estate acquisition and development, covenants not to compete and trade secrets, federal and state environmental laws, and construction.

Experience

During his thirty years at Ropes & Gray, Jeff handled a wide variety of federal and state litigation, administrative proceedings, government investigations, and arbitrations, involving a broad range of areas, including corporate finance and governance, cost recovery under federal and state environmental laws, commercial real estate (valuation, title, zoning, purchase and sale, and development), construction, agency and franchising relationships, investment advisory relationships, public utility rate making, creditor claims in bankruptcy, covenants not to compete and trade secrets, patent infringement, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, the federal anti-trust laws, the federal securities laws, product liability and toxic torts, and medical malpractice defense.  Jeff tried jury and jury-waived cases in various state and federal courts.
