Jessica Subler
Senior Attorney
Jessica Subler joined Ropes & Gray in 2018 as an associate practicing in the finance group of the firm’s corporate department. Jessica advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a broad range of financing transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, ABL facilities, second lien credit facilities, mezzanine financings and high-yield bond offerings.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Jessica worked as an associate in the finance group of a large international law firm, where she primarily represented private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a broad range of financing transactions. Prior to attending law school, Jessica worked in the audit practice and the fraud investigation and dispute services practice of a Big Four accounting firm and as a senior fund accountant at a global private equity fund. Jessica is a certified public accountant and certified fraud examiner.
