John Sottile

John Sottile joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2023 and practices primarily in the asset management group. John’s experience includes representing sponsors and investors in connection with the formation, structuring, and capitalization of private funds, and advising issuers in connection with private securities offerings.

Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, John worked as an associate in the corporate department at a national law firm.
