Luiza Salata joined corporate department of Ropes & Gray in 2021. Luiza helps her clients navigate a range of domestic and international equity and debt capital markets transactions. She has significant experience representing domestic and foreign public and private issuers, selling shareholders and underwriters in domestic and cross-border public offerings and private placements, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, at-the-market transactions, high-yield and investment grade debt offerings and liability management transactions such as tender offers, exchange offers and consent solicitations.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Luiza practiced in leading U.S. law firms in New York, London and São Paulo. Luiza speaks Portuguese, German and Italian.

- ESH Hospitality, a subsidiary of Extended Stay America, in its $750 million senior notes offering.*
- Citadel Limited Partnership in its $500 million senior notes offering.*
- Nostrum Oil & Gas Finance B.V. in its $400 million high-yield notes offering.*
- The initial purchasers in Europcar’s simultaneous dual high yield notes offering of €600 million senior notes by Europcar Drive D.A.C., and of €350 million senior secured notes by EC Finance plc.*
