Mark Sugino, formerly of Reboul, MacMurray, Hewitt & Maynard, joined the Corporate Department of Ropes & Gray as counsel in 2003. Mark is counsel in the asset management group.
Mark focuses on representing private equity and venture capital funds and has extensive experience in organizing and structuring private investment funds and alternative investment vehicles. He works with private fund sponsors on governance and compensation arrangements as well as ERISA and regulatory compliance.
