Matthew Schryver

Associate

Matthew Schryver joined the firm's real estate investments and transactions practice group in 2022. Matt represents clients in a variety of transactional matters, including acquisitions, joint ventures, REIT offerings, recapitalizations, mortgage and mezzanine financings, and repurchase facilities.

While at Northeastern University School of Law, Matt served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Patti B. Saris at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Matt also interned for a publicly-traded internet security company, where he worked on commercial contracts and various business law issues. Additionally, Matt advised on intellectual property issues at the IP Co-Lab, an intellectual property law clinic, as well as evaluated a case for the New England Innocence Project. Prior to law school, Matt worked as a Quebec-licensed CPA at a Big Four accounting firm.
