Sawyer P. Swarek

Sawyer joined the real estate investments & transactions group of Ropes & Gray in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate in the commercial real estate group of a leading Canadian law firm based in Toronto. Sawyer’s work encompasses a wide variety of complex real estate investment transactions, including joint ventures, mezzanine and equity financing, acquisitions and dispositions, and the development of real property across a range of industries including multi-family residential, seniors and student housing, self-storage, and mixed-use commercial space.
