Shivan Sarin

Associate

Shivan Sarin joined Ropes & Gray in 2015 as an associate in the litigation department. He has experience representing companies in complex civil and criminal matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, consumer protection laws, and commercial disputes.

Shivan also has an active pro bono practice, representing individuals in asylum, Social Security, and immigration matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Shivan worked at the RAND Corporation focusing on strategy and doctrine issues for the Department of Defense. Shivan also worked at The Energy and Resources Institute in New Delhi, India, in the Resources, Regulation, and Global Security Division.
