Tyler Silvey is an associate in the firm’s mergers & acquisitions group in the New York office. He represents public and private companies in complex domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures in a broad range of industries, and also advises clients on corporate governance, disclosure issues, and compliance matters. Tyler also serves as outside counsel to a number of investment banks in their capacity as financial advisor in a wide variety of M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Tyler was an associate in the New York office of another international law firm.
