Victoria Srivastava is an associate in Ropes & Gray's private equity group. Victoria trained at the firm's London office and gained experience in the private equity, data privacy and intellectual property, bank finance and real estate private equity departments of the firm.

Victoria has a wide range of experience acting for private equity investors, corporate clients and management teams on domestic and international investments, acquisitions, disposals and restructurings as well as advising on general corporate law and governance issues.

In 2020, Victoria spent four months on secondment to Partners Group, a global private markets investment manager, where she acted as a member of the in-house transaction legal team.

  • Advised TPG’s The Rise Fund on its agreement with Stirling Square Capital Partners to acquire a majority investment in Outcomes First Group
  • Advised Francisco Partners on its £175 million ($223.6 million) acquisition of AIM quoted Blancco Technology Group plc
  • Advised Partners Group, acting on behalf of its clients, on the agreement to invest in Exus, a leading European infrastructure asset management firm focused on the renewable energy sector. Partners Group plans to commit up to EUR 1 billion in growth capital
  • Advised Partners Group on its investment in GHO Capital Partners’ portfolio company Sterling Pharma Solutions, a global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization
  • Advised 3i Group plc on its investment in Digital Barriers, a leading provider of IoVT (Internet of Video Things) surveillance and security products
  • Advised Partners Group on its acquisition of Pharmathen, a European pharmaceutical company, from international investment firm BC Partners on behalf of its clients. The transaction values Pharmathen at an enterprise value of around EUR1.6 billion 
  • Advised ERM, the world’s largest pure-play sustainability consultancy, and the ERM Partner shareholders, on the sale of ERM to KKR, a leading global investment firm
  • Advised Advent International on its agreement to acquire Nielsen Global Connect, a unit of Nielsen Holdings plc, for $2.7 billion
  • Advised Integrated Media Company (IMC), a TPG platform dedicated to the new media ecosystem, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Goal from the DAZN Group
  • Advised Arsenal Capital Partners on the proposed acquisition by its portfolio company Value Demonstration Holdings LLC of Cello Health plc, an AIM-listed global healthcare-focused advisory group
  • Advised Nordic Capital on equity investment matters relating to eResearchTechnology, Inc. (ERT), a leading global data and technology company which minimises risk and uncertainty in clinical trials
  • Acting for Partners Group on the sale of its stake in 10.25 billion Dutch retailer Action 
  • Advised Epiris on its acquisition of Bonhams, the global auction house, from private shareholders
  • Acting for Genstar Capital and its portfolio company Bracket on the acquisition of CRF Health, a leading provider of eCOA solutions for the life sciences industry
  • Acting for 3i Group plc on the acquisition of Audley Travel, a provider of tailor-made experiential holidays
