Will Spelder is a litigation and enforcement associate in the firm’s Chicago office. Will assists clients with a broad range of issues, from complex commercial litigation to government enforcement matters. He also maintains an active pro bono practice representing immigrants seeking permanent legal status in the United States.

Before re-joining the firm, Will clerked for Judge Joel Flaum on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. During law school, Will participated in the Environmental Law Clinic, representing a number of wildlife preservation non-profit groups in negotiations with local government authorities. He also served as an articles editor on the Stanford Law Review. Before attending law school, Will worked at a leading economic expert witness consulting firm, where he analyzed economic damages in complex commercial litigation cases and consulted on antitrust matters ranging from anti-competitive conduct investigations to merger reviews.
