Eddie Thiele joined Ropes & Gray in 2021 as an associate in the real estate investments & transactions group. Prior to joining the firm, Eddie was an associate in the real estate team of the Chicago office of another international law firm. Eddie focuses his practice on sale-leasebacks, acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets, joint ventures and co-investments, real estate financing and commercial leasing.
Eddie also has experience with corporate governance and SEC regulations and compliance. Eddie is dedicated to making every client's deal run as seamlessly as possible, identifying, and guiding clients through legal and business issues and risks along the way.
During law school, Eddie was a member of the California Law Review and an instructor in the school’s academic support program.
