Bbill Tang is an associate in the securities and public companies practice group in Hong Kong.

Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Bbill worked in the Hong Kong and New York offices of another leading international law firm, with a focus on equity and debt capital market deals and merger & acquisition transactions. In addition, Bbill provides advice on general securities, corporate and compliance matters to both Hong Kong listed and private companies.
