Joseph Theall
Associate
Joe Theall is an associate in Ropes & Gray's real estate investments and transactions group. Joe’s practice covers a range of transactional matters, including repurchase facilities and mergers and acquisitions.
During law school, Joe served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Kathe M. Tuttman at the Massachusetts Superior Court. Joe also served as Lead Articles Editor for the Suffolk University Law Review and as a teaching assistant for Contracts Professors Joseph Franco and Ali Rod Khadem, and Constitutional Law Professor Renée Landers.
Prior to law school, Joe worked as a legislative aide in the New York State Assembly’s Insurance Committee.
