Kevin Tang
Associate
Kevin Tang joined Ropes & Gray in 2021 as an associate in the firm’s corporate department. He practices in the firm’s intellectual property transactions and licensing group. He advises a range of private equity and strategic clients on transactions that include license agreements, complex collaborations, and mergers and acquisitions.
During law school, Kevin was a notes editor on the Review of Banking and Financial Law. Additionally, he worked as a legal intern for the City of Waltham, assisting city solicitors in defending Waltham from litigation.
