Tristan is counsel in Ropes & Gray's securities and public companies group. Tristan focuses his practice on representing public companies, investment banks and private equity firms and their portfolio companies in connection with capital markets transactions and compliance with securities laws and stock exchange rules and regulations, as well as mergers & acquisitions, other strategic transactions and general corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Tristan practiced in the London and Silicon Valley offices of another leading international law firm.
