Dylan Waters is an associate in the real estate investments and transactions group in Ropes & Gray's New York office. Dylan advises clients on a broad range of transactional matters, such as acquisitions, dispositions, repurchase facilities and financing. During law school, Dylan was a Harlan Fisk Stone Scholar and a member of the Columbia Real Estate Society and Columbia Business Law Association. In addition, Dylan interned at the Office of the Los Angeles City Attorney, where he helped defend the City of Los Angeles in a variety of disputes.
