Joseph Weintraub is a law clerk in the strategic transactions group.
During law school, Joseph focused his studies on the intersection of law and business. Additionally, Joseph interned in the Securities, Financial and Cyber Fraud Unit of the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts. He participated in the Harvard Law School 2019 parody and was a criminal law teaching assistant for Visiting Professor Daniel Medwed.
Prior to law school, Joseph spent 13 years working for an international manufacturing and wholesale textile distribution firm. During that time, he spent seven years in Shanghai, China. Joseph has extensive operational experience in logistics, wholesale retail distribution, and brick-and-mortar as well as online retail.
