Kevin White

Counsel

Kevin White is counsel in the asset management group in San Francisco.

Kevin’s practice focuses on private investments funds, representing their sponsors on a broad range of matters, including structuring and formation of funds, general partner-led restructurings, regulatory matters, internal economic and governance matters, succession planning, and co-investment arrangements. He has experience with large diversified asset managers as well as managers of first time funds.
