Woodworth Winmill is a law clerk in the business restructuring practice group. Woodworth's work includes assisting debtors with Chapter 11 proceedings, buyers of assets in 363 sales, borrowers seeking to arrange bankruptcy-remote vehicles, and others.
During law school, Woodworth volunteered with the Center for Appellate Litigation and the New York Legal Assistance Group, both in New York. He also interned for the Hon. Freda Wolfson in the District Court of New Jersey.
