Andrew Walsh joined Ropes & Gray’s asset management group in 2017. He represents hedge funds in connection with fund formation, as well as in compliance, regulatory and transactional matters. Prior to joining the hedge funds group, Andrew practiced for two years in the firm’s litigation group, working on transactional insurance, insurance-backed securities and antitrust matters.
During law school, Andrew worked as a law clerk at a Connecticut law firm. He was also a judicial intern for the Honorable Marianne Bowler, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
