Bryan M. Weynand

Associate

Bryan Weynand joined Ropes & Gray in 2015 as an associate in the litigation department. He represents clients in criminal and civil government enforcement proceedings, complex civil litigation, and internal investigations. Bryan’s experience has included matters under the False Claims Act, the Federal Trade Commission Act, the Investment Advisers Act, and various SEC enforcement matters.

Bryan also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in a criminal defense matter and in an application for political asylum based on religious persecution.

Prior to joining the firm, Bryan served as an articles editor of the North Carolina Law Review.

  • Representing large surgical practice and several affiliated surgeons in False Claims Act litigation
  • Represented multiple investment management companies in civil SEC investigations
