Casey Burns White is an associate in Ropes & Gray's asset management group. Her practice focuses on the representation of fund sponsors, hedge funds and other private funds in connection with the formation and restructuring of open-end and closed-end funds, as well as various fundraising, regulatory and compliance matters. Casey’s experience also includes representation of managers in launching and negotiating single-investor fund structures and managed accounts.
Casey is also fluent in Spanish and has taken on pro bono cases involving clients whose first language is Spanish.
