Lauren Wall joined Ropes & Gray in 2019 and is an associate in the firm’s tax & benefits department focusing on employee benefits, executive compensation, employment, and ERISA. She regularly represents clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions and related compensation, employment, and benefits matters and arrangements. Lauren also advises clients on a wide range of ERISA matters, including plan asset regulations, fiduciary activity, and prohibited transactions. She also works with private and public companies on executive compensation issues, including structuring and drafting equity-based and other incentives, executive employment agreements, and separation agreements.
