Meir Weinberg
Associate
Meir Weinberg is a career associate in the private capital transactions practice group. Meir focuses his practice primarily on debt finance transactions, representing administrative agents, collateral agents, and indenture trustees in bankruptcy financings, acquisitions, and various loan transactions. Meir also has over a decade of experience as a paralegal in the areas of bankruptcy and business restructuring, corporate general, and litigation.
During law school, Meir served as a comment & note editor for the New England Law Review.
