Shelley joined Ropes & Gray LLP in 2013 as a legal consultant. Her practice focuses on patent matters, diligence, technology transfers, as well as enforcing clients’ intellectual property rights in the life sciences, chemical, energy and high technology industries.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray LLP, Shelley worked at a leading Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) company where she focused on patent searches, freedom to operate analysis, invalidation, landscape and risk assessments and patentability affairs. Shelley has PRC patent agent qualifications.
