Victoria Wilson joined the corporate department as an associate in September 2022, practicing primarily in the firm's private equity team. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Victoria worked in the corporate team at a leading New Zealand firm, where she assisted on general mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions.

- Advised Bain Capital on its sale of the Zellis group to Apax Partners, valuing Zellis at £1.25 billion
- Advised Envision Pharma Group, a portfolio company of GHO Capital Partners, on its acquisition of OKRA.ai, an award-winning technology company active in the provision of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for the healthcare industry
- Advised Bridgepoint on its investment in Monica Vinader, a British luxury jewellery brand
- Advised Bridgepoint on its strategic investment in Kerv Group, a multi-award-winning next generation cloud and digital transformation services provider
- Assisted a New Zealand private capital firm on various investments in FMCG startups and in the technology and medical sectors*
