Rui Xie is an associate in the life sciences practice group. Rui represents clients in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters including cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, venture capital financing transactions and general corporate matters.
Before joining Ropes & Gray, Rui was an associate in the Hong Kong office of another global law firm, where she focused on private equity and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions.
