Aaron Yemane

Aaron Yemane is an associate in the firm’s private capital transaction group. His practice includes representing private equity sponsors and strategic investors on transactional matters in a broad range of industries. Aaron also regularly advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on corporate governance and equity matters. Aaron is a member of the firm’s 2019 class of Roscoe Trimmier Jr. Diversity Scholarship recipients.

During law school, Aaron was a member of the Black Law Students Association. He also worked as a student attorney in Georgetown’s Federal Legislation Clinic, where he counseled non-profit organizations through the legislative process and assisted them in strategizing lobbying efforts.
